🚚 Processing Time 

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 8-10 business days. 

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. 

US Shipping within the United States 

  • We currently ship to all 50 states  

  • Standard Shipping (8-10 business days) or Free on orders over $150. 

  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days), available at checkout. 

📦 Note: Some items, such as pepper sprays or mini stunner devices, may have shipping restrictions depending on your state or local laws. 

❗ Restricted Items & Locations 

Due to state and local regulations, we do not ship certain self-defense items to: 

  • New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Washington D.C., or any other area where items like pepper spray or stun devices are prohibited. 

  • Please check your local laws before purchasing. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is legal in your area. 

    📫 Order Tracking 

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

    • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

    🚫 Lost or Damaged Packages 

    • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@guardianfglam.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to assist you. 

    • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. 

    📍 Local Delivery

    • We offer free local delivery in Las Vegas. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we'll contact you to schedule a time and location for delivery.
